A trip to the British Isles...
In order to keep us on our culinary toes, we are always studying, always researching both the modern and historical cuisines and beverage cultures of England, Ireland, Scotland and Wales. This spring, we are excited to have the opportunity to visit two of those countries on a research trip. We look forward to bringing back fresh ideas and inspiration for our menus.
