Autumn leaves, pumpkin spice, cozy fires, stormy nights... Fall is here. Thanksgiving is near!


Join us to celebrate our very favorite holiday, with a special prix fixe dinner in both the dining room (families with children welcome) and The Rookery Bar (21+ only). Thanksgiving Dinner


Thursday, November 22nd

1pm - 7pm

Dining Room & The Rookery Bar


$75 per adult

$30 per child, 12 & under



To Start:


Soft cheddar cheese ball with sweet & salty nuts, house-made crackers


Soup or Salad:


French onion soup


Winter squash soup


Autumn greens, Taylor's gold pear, pomegranate, hazelnut, 

goat cheese, sherry vinaigrette 


Butter lettuce, Cashel blue cheese, bacon, salad cream


Choice of Entree:


Turkey breast ballotine, dark-meat sausage, cranberry sauce, stuffing, mashed potatoes, gravy


Chinook salmon, delicata squash, celery root mash, cipollini onion, scrumpy sauce


Swede fondant (vegan)


Choice of Side:


Sweet & sour Brussels sprouts, apples, mustard


Yams, maple & brown sugar, marshmallow


Green bean casserole, wild mushrooms, crispy onions


Choice of Dessert:


Pumpkin cheesecake, candied pumpkin, cinnamon creme fraiche, pecan crust


Butterscotch Pudding, toasted streusel, whipped cream


Sticky chocolate gingerbread, pomegranate, poached pear, pear sorbet

*Room preferences will be accommodated on a first-come-first-served basis, according to availability.



We’re excited about our Thanksgiving Dinner wine pairings, which includes a lovely Willamette Valley sauvignon blanc by Trathen Hall, Martin Woods rosé, our special Raven & Rose exclusive pinot noir made by Angela Estate, and a late harvest dessert wine from Demeter Zoltan. Add this pairing to your dinner for $30.
